Super easy and get the kids involved with baking these fun cookies!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 125g butter, melted, cooled
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup jelly beans
- 1 1/3 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup mixed M&M’s
- 12.5g sachet Wizz Fizz sherbert

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease 4 large baking trays. Line with baking paper.

Sift flour, cream of tartar and bicarbonate of soda into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Add butter, vanilla and egg. Mix well to combine. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Flatten each ball into a disc and place on prepared trays, 5cm apart. Top with jelly beans, pretzels and M&M’s, pressing to secure (see note).

Step 3
Bake cookies, 2 trays at a time, for 12 to 15 minutes or until just turning golden around the edges. Cool on trays for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with sherbert. Serve.
