We love a quick and easy weeknight side dish. This recipe gets its sweet-spicy flavor from Bush’s Sweet Heat Baked Beans, sweet corn, crispy peppers and onions, and tangy cider vinegar.
Ingredients

(28-oz.) can Bush’s Sweet Heat Baked Beans
- 1
(15.25-oz.) can corn, drained
- 2
small red, green, or combo bell peppers, seeded, stemmed, and diced
- 1/2 c.
finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 c.
packed finely chopped fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1/3 c.
apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp.
kosher salt

Description
- Step 1In a large bowl, combine baked beans, corn, bell peppers, onion, basil, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and a few grinds black pepper.
- Step 2Season to taste with more salt, if desired.
- Step 3Serve with more basil for garnish.
