Description
- For the Habanero Mayo, first roast the habanero peppers and garlic cloves. Add them to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients; set aside.
- For the Spicy Tampico, place the shredded carrots and surimi into a bowl. Then add the Habanero mayo and mix.
- For the Spicy Soya Sauce, in a bowl mix soy sauce, lime juice and orange juice. Then add sliced habanero peppers.
- Place sushi rice into a round cake mold or donut mold, and press it firmly. Then add on top sliced cucumber, the spicy Tampico mixture, avocado. Repeat until all the rice is used.
- Carefully remove the mold from the sushi donut. Sprinkle on top sesame seeds, habanero mayo and spicy tampico mixture. Serve with the spicy soy sauce and enjoy!
