Steak fajitas with habanero

Ingredients


Skirt or flank steak  2 pounds
Habanero pepper  2 pcs
Green bell pepper  1 piece
Yellow bell pepper  1 piece
Red bell pepper  1 piece

Description

  1. Slice the peppers
  2. In a pan heat the oil. Add the onions and cook until browned, then add the peppers and habanero.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces and add to the pan. Season with salt, garlic powder and paprika. Once it's cooking, add a little bit of lemon juice.
  4. Once our beef fajitas are ready, we serve them in tacos and accompany them with avocado and homemade salsa
  5. Enjoy!
