Steak fajitas with habanero
Ingredients
Skirt or flank steak | 2 pounds |
Habanero pepper | 2 pcs |
Green bell pepper | 1 piece |
Yellow bell pepper | 1 piece |
Red bell pepper | 1 piece |
Description
- Slice the peppers
- In a pan heat the oil. Add the onions and cook until browned, then add the peppers and habanero.
- Cut the meat into small pieces and add to the pan. Season with salt, garlic powder and paprika. Once it's cooking, add a little bit of lemon juice.
- Once our beef fajitas are ready, we serve them in tacos and accompany them with avocado and homemade salsa
