Roasted Bone Marrow Habanero Sauce

Ingredients


Bone marrow 1/2 kg
Habanero pepper 2 pcs
Tomato 2 pcs
Tomatillo 2 pcs
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Onion 1/4 piece
Cilantro 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Description

  1. Season the bone marrow with salt and cook in the oven
  2. Roast the habanero peppers, tomatoes, green tomatoes, onion and garlic clove
  3. Once the vegetables are roasted, transfer to a blender and add coriander, salt and blend.
  4. Transfer the sauce to a bowl and add the cooked bone marrow; mix everything together
  5. Enjoy!
