Roasted Bone Marrow Habanero Sauce
Ingredients
Bone marrow | 1/2 kg |
Habanero pepper | 2 pcs |
Tomato | 2 pcs |
Tomatillo | 2 pcs |
Garlic clove | 2 pcs |
Onion | 1/4 piece |
Cilantro | 1/4 cup |
Salt | to taste |
Description
- Season the bone marrow with salt and cook in the oven
- Roast the habanero peppers, tomatoes, green tomatoes, onion and garlic clove
- Once the vegetables are roasted, transfer to a blender and add coriander, salt and blend.
- Transfer the sauce to a bowl and add the cooked bone marrow; mix everything together
- Enjoy!
