Description

Juice 1 medium lemon until you have 3/4 ounce.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the lemon juice, 3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, 3/4 ounce Aperol, and 3/4 ounce bourbon. Seal the shaker and shake until well chilled and the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 15 seconds.
