Habanero pepper 1-2 pcs
Cucumber 1/2 piece

Description

  1. To begin, cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, transfer it to a container and allow it to cool to room temperature for the perfect consistency.
  2. Lay a sheet of aluminum foil on a flat surface. After that, place a sheet of nori seaweed on top of the foil. Next, lightly moisten a sheet of rice paper and place it on the nori seaweed to create a base for your sushi.
  3. Spread a layer of sushi rice onto the nori seaweed, leaving some space at the top and bottom edges for folding the Onigirazu.
  4. Place your choice of protein in the center of the rice, followed by the vegetables you wish to add, and the finely chopped habanero pepper.
  5. Fold the top and bottom edges of the nori seaweed over the filling to cover it.
  6. Then, fold the left and right edges of the nori seaweed towards the center, creating a square or rectangle.
  7. Wrap the Onigirazu in aluminum foil or a lettuce leaf if desired, to maintain its shape.
  8. Repeat the process for the second Onigirazu.
  9. Using a sharp knife, cut each Onigirazu in half diagonally to obtain two triangles.
  10. Serve your Onigirazu triangles with soy sauce and chipotle dressing, and enjoy.
