post

A crust of fresh horseradish, parsley and capers turns delicately crispy on this air-fried salmon. It's an impressive dinner that's also super simple to make. If you can't find fresh horseradish, use a high-quality prepared product. Be sure to drain and squeeze it to remove as much moisture as possible.

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray

  • 2 tablespoons finely grated horseradish

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

  • 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 (12 ounce) skinless salmon fillet (about 1 inch thick)

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Description

  1. Coat the basket of an air fryer with cooking spray.

  2. Combine horseradish, parsley, capers and oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Spread the horseradish mixture over the top of the salmon. Coat with cooking spray.

  3. Place the salmon in the prepared basket. Cook at 375 degrees F until internal temperature registers 130 degrees F, about 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
