Air fryer chicken wings

Cook these sticky maple chicken wings in this year's trendiest kitchen appliance: the air fryer! Prepped in 5 minutes and cooked in 35, they're quick and easy finger food for your next party.

Ingredients


  1. 125ml (1/2 cup) bourbon
  2. 125ml (1/2 cup) Coles Finest Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
  3. 1 tbsp hot chilli sauce
  4. 1.5kg chicken wing nibbles
  5. Ranch dressing, to serve
  6. Sliced raw vegetables, to serve

Description

Combine the bourbon, maple syrup and chilli sauce in a large bowl. Add the chicken. Toss to coat. Cover and place in the fridge for 3 hours.

Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 180C. Place chicken, in a single layer, in the basket, reserving marinade. Cook, turning chicken, for 35 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Step 3
Meanwhile, strain marinade into a medium frying pan. Bring to the boil over high heat and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and reduces. Pour sauce into a large heatproof bowl.
Step 4
Add the chicken to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve with ranch sauce and vegetables.
